Yay!! I have hardly been running since before Christmas. Maybe a mile and a half once or twice a week…sometimes not even that. Pain in my right knee has had me holding back, for fear that I could worsen it if I do any more. So, better safe than sorry, I have an appointment with a doctor that specializes in sports medicine – why does that make me feel kinda hardcore?? I’m so not hardcore. Most likely, its nothing I can’t deal with. In the meantime, it give me more time to work on my cycle and swim!
