My head is very stuffy today, I had thought it was allergies but its a head cold. Yay! Nothing more attractive than a runner with boogers streaming down their face. So, I’m going to take it easy today and do my Y run instead of day week 4, day three of the Couch plan. So, headed out the door for 5 sets of run 2 minutes, walk 4…I just hope the tissues stay tucked inside my sleeves…maybe I should just run with them stuffed in my nostrils instead?
