Thanks to C.P. for telling me about this! I’ve been walking long distances for a long time now, interspersed with a short duration of running…but just could not seem to increase my endurance to run longer.
So far, I’m up to week three of the program and sticking to it. I’m keeping up my motivation by running with a good friend, as well as once a week with a group of ladies in a YMCA train to run a 5k program. My goal for my first 5k is August…wish me luck!
